Inmate Search respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing:
- Your signature (physical or electronic) as the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail to locate it on the site
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed erroneously, you may submit a counter-notification. Counter-notices must include the legally required elements under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
Public Records & Arrest Information
Information about arrests, bookings, and court records is public record information. Publication of public record information is protected under the First Amendment and applicable public records laws. We direct users to official government sources for all such records.
